SpicyChurch

SpicyChurch is a community gathering for those wanting to engage and experience their spirituality through nature, our senses and movement.

We gather on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at 11 AM in various parks, trails and forests in Forsyth County.

​

During SpicyChurch, we offer moments of reflection and prompts to allow individualized connection as well as journaling and expressive art inspired response opportunities. After some time, we encourage participants to intentionally and mindfully engage with nature together. We might go on a nature walk, we might create a nature collage together, we might engage in barefoot walking for grounding or deep breathing with stretching, yoga, or tai chi. Lastly, we come back together and share what impacted us most from the experiences.
